Bhangra Dance: Dance Class & Happy Hour

Welcome to Bhangra Dance: a dinner & drinks happy hour with bhangra dance classes and live DJs spinning bhangra beats!

Enjoy a night dancing & drinking with friends, family, partners, and more as you eat dinner, sip on happy hour cocktails, and get free dance lessons from Arbaaz Mehdi of Piel Canela Dance. With music by DJ Bazzy to keep the vibes going all night.

Doors open at 6:00pm, dance lessons start by 7:00pm, and entry is FREE w/ RSVP from 6:00-6:30pm (free entry not guaranteed, subject to venue capacity). Arriving later? Purchase tickets online for priority entry (skip the line) and arrive anytime between 6pm-10pm.

For over 40 years, SOB’s has been widely known as the premier venue for Bhangra, Bollywood, and Desi music in New York City. With alumni like Malkit Singh, M.I.A. Bally Sagoo, DJ Kratex, and more, SOB’s has remained the home of South Asian music in NYC, with early bhangra dance classes and late-night desi parties.
