The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission and/or remove attendees from the Fiesta Polenta. Anyone who violates the rules of conduct or fails to comply with safety regulations may be removed from the venue without the right to make any claim or request a refund.

Fiesta Polenta features amplified music at high volume, special effects, dynamic lighting, strobe lights, lasers, and other audiovisual elements typical of large-scale events. Attendees acknowledge and accept that these elements are part of the event experience and may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions, including, but not limited to, photosensitivity, photosensitive epilepsy, visual or hearing disorders, or other similar conditions.
