Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are sold online and can be found in the calendar tab of our website or at SeeTickets.us.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any S.O.B.’s events. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How can I get to S.O.B.’s?

Take the 1 train to Houston St and exit through the SE exit. You can also take the A, C, E, F, M, B and D trains to W4th St and walk toward Houston St. For accessible transportation, exit at the NE Corner of W 3rd St. & 6th Ave at the W4th stop.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Cash only upon entry. All major credit cards are accepted at the bar.

What is your anti-harassment policy?

S.O.B’s maintains a zero tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment based on race, nationality, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, ability, socioeconmic status, or citizenship status.

S.O.B’s does not condone any form of:

Are you ADA accessible?

Yes. We have street-level access and are wheelchair accessible.

What is your photo policy?

If you’re looking to take pictures at our venue, please contact events@sobs.com with the event title in the subject line. 

What is your COVID-19 policy?

In accordance with the New York City “Key to NYC” lifted vaccination mandate, SOB’s has updated its COVID-19 Policy, effective immediately:  

– Vaccination status is not required.

– Masks are optional.

*All S.O.B.’s staff are fully vaccinated!

Any guests, including ticket holders, presenting symptoms of any illness spread through air or by personal close contact are encouraged to stay home and seek medical care. Stop the spread of any contagious illnesses by staying safe and considering others!

The health of our guests, staff, and performers remains our highest priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to navigate this continually-evolving situation!

Security & Entry Requirements

Is there a dress code?

S.O.B.’s does not enforce a dress code. Some promoters add a dress code to their specific event. Check the event page for more details. 

What is your security policy?

Everyone is subject to search upon entry. Bags will be checked to prevent outside food or beverages, illegal drugs, and knives or weapons of any description.

Do I need to bring an ID?

A physical government-issued photo ID ( Passport, Drivers Licenses, Military ID)  is required for entry to all shows with an age limit of 21+ to drink. If someone is underage, a parental guardian over the age of 18 must accompany the minor to the event. 

Coat Check & Lost Items

Is there a coat check?

Yes, it’s $5. Coat check is available downstairs.

I lost an item at the venue. Whom do I contact to get it back? 

If you believe you have lost an item at the venue, please call us at 212-243-4940, or email booking@sobs.com with a description of the lost item. 


Can you make a table reservation and what is the table minimum? 

Tables are first come first serve and are sat with a minimum of $30 per person.

Are cameras allowed in the venue without express permission?

Yes, cameras are allowed as long as the content is shared with us after. Please send an email to events@sobs.com to confirm.
