Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are sold online. To purchase tickets, go to the Calendar Page of our website, and select the event you would like to purchase tickets for. Once on the event page, click the yellow “Get Tickets” button. For late night parties & non sold-out shows, tickets are sold at the door. To confirm if tickets will be available at the door, please call 212-243-4940, DM us on Instagram @sobsnyc, or email booking@sobs.com.

 

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any S.O.B.’s events. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How can I get to S.O.B.’s?

S.O.B.’s is easily accessible from all five boroughs and New Jersey. Train options include the 1, A, C, E, F, M, B, and D.

 

Take the 1 train to Houston St and exit through the SE exit.

For the A, C, E, F, M, B and D trains, take the train to West 4th St. and walk toward Houston St. For accessible transportation, exit at the NE Corner of W 3rd St. & 6th Ave at the W4th stop.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, apple pay, and credit/debit card at the door. We have an ATM at the door if you would like to take cash out. Cash, apple pay, and all major credit cards & debit cards are accepted at the bar. Coat check is CASH ONLY.

Do you have food & drink available?

See our menu here. We have a fully stocked bar and kitchen open each night, with table service available. The bar is open for the duration of all of our events. For events that start after 10:00PM (i.e., late night parties), the kitchen is usually closed. To verify if the kitchen will be open for a late night party, contact us at 212-243- 4940 or email marketing@sobs.com.

 

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS PERMITTED.

What is your anti-harassment policy?

S.O.B’s maintains a zero tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment based on race, nationality, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, ability, socioeconmic status, or citizenship status.

Are you ADA accessible?

Yes. We have street-level access and are wheelchair accessible.

 

What is your COVID-19 policy?

In accordance with the New York City “Key to NYC” lifted vaccination mandate, SOB’s has updated its COVID-19 Policy, effective immediately:  

– Vaccination status is not required.

– Masks are optional.

*All S.O.B.’s staff are fully vaccinated!

Any guests, including ticket holders, presenting symptoms of any illness spread through air or by personal close contact are encouraged to stay home and seek medical care. Stop the spread of any contagious illnesses by staying safe and considering others!

The health of our guests, staff, and performers remains our highest priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to navigate this continually-evolving situation.

Is there a dress code?

S.O.B.’s does not enforce a dress code. In certain cases, outside promoters may add a dress code to a specific event. To find dress code details, check the event page for more details, found in our Calender Page.

What is your security policy?

Every person and every bag is subject to search upon entry. Bags will be checked to prevent outside food or beverages, illegal drugs, and knives or weapons of any description. Any food, drinks, illegal drugs, and weapons are subject to confiscation. Depending on the event and the items in question, you may be able to pick up your belongings from security when you leave.

Do I need to bring an ID?

A physical government-issued photo ID (Passport, Drivers Licenses, Military ID) is required for entry to all shows with an age limit of 21+ to drink, and required for all shows with age specifications. If someone is underage for a 16+ or 18+ show, a parental guardian over the age of 18 must accompany the minor to the event. 

Is there a coat check?

Coat check is generally open during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Please call us at 212-243-4940 to confirm. Coat check is $6 (CASH ONLY) and is located downstairs.

 

Due to safety hazards and security concerns, personal items cannot be left unattended at any time. Any personal items left unattended will be brought by our staff to coat check, where they can be picked up at your convenience, and are subject to the coat check fee.

 

 

I lost an item at the venue. Whom do I contact to get it back? 

If you believe you have lost an item at the venue, please call us at 212-243-4940, or email booking@sobs.com with a description of the lost item. 

Can I make a table reservation? What is the table minimum? 

Table reservations differ per event. To inquire about table reservations, please contact manager@sobs.com.

Generally, tables are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. A minimum of $30 per person is required for seating. Seating is available for both small and large groups. For late night events, tables may require purchase of bottle service.

 

How can I book a private event at S.O.B.’s?

S.O.B.’s offers an array of private event options for Holiday Parties, Corporate Events, Fundraisers, Concerts, Birthdays, Weddings, & More. We offer semi-private and fully private options for both daytime and evenings with food & drink packages. Pricing & details will vary depending on the specifics of your event. Are cameras allowed in the venue without express permission?

Cameras are allowed with permission from venue beforehand, and as long as the content is shared with us after. No flash photography is allowed without written permission or approval from venue staff. Please send an email to marketing@sobs.com to confirm your ability to bring a camera.
