Can I get a refund for my ticket?

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any SOB event. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How can I get to SOB’s ?

Take the 1 train to Houston St and exit through the SE exit. Also take A,C,E,F,M,B and D trains to W4th St. Walk toward Houston St.

Do I need to bring ID?

Of course! Government-issued photo ID ( Passport, Drivers Licences, Military ID)  is required for entry to all shows with an age limit of 21+ to drink. If someone is underage, a guardian over the age of 18 must accompany minor to event. 

Is there a coat check?

Yes, it’s $4. Coat check is available downstairs.


Can you make a table reservation and what is the table minimum? 

Yes. Call or go to https://sobs.com/reservation/ . Remember, tables are only sat with complete parties and a minimum of $25 per table. 


Are you ADA accessible?

Yes. We are street-level access and are wheelchair accessible.


What forms of payments do you accept?

Cash only for upon entree. All major credit cards are accepted at the bar. 


What is your photo policy?

If you’re looking to take pictures at our venue, please get in touch with our publicity team with the event title in the subject line. 


Is there a dress code?

No dress code on our end. Some promoters add a dress code to their specific event. Check the flier of the event for more details.
