In honor of Women’s History Month, poetry me, please invites you to the second installment of their “Ode to Our Women” showcase, hosted by King Silvy. Join us on Friday, March 8th, at the iconic SOB’s (21+) for a night dedicated to the power and beauty of women’s voices. The PMP Poetry Series promises an evening filled with inspiring spoken-word performances, captivating live music, a full-service seated dinner, and a selection of delightful drinks.

Tables are on a first-come, first-serve basis. *EARLY ARRIVAL IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED*

poetry me, please is a community content hub and event series that provides a stage for Spoken-Word Poets across the world to showcase their talents. They are the largest poetry platform in NY averaging over 400 guests per show. They host shows on a monthly basis with several residencies across NYC. Their community includes over 1500 poets across the US, Ghana and UK regions. What makes their community model so unique is how support is built into the program. Each randomly selected poet is provided with not only a platform to showcase their gift but high-quality content to help build their portfolio and grow their audience.
