New York, New York- August 1, 2010- Midnite is back after a legendary show in early 2010, right here at SOBs.  On August 1, 2010 at 9:00 p.m. Midnite plays an early show for their fans. Midnite is one of the most highly respected roots reggae bands playing today. Originally from St Croix, the band was formed in the 80s by brothers, Vaughn & Ron Benjamin. Fans know that the concerts can stretch as long as 3 hours, and its a testament to the groups music that they are able to hold an audience's attention for that long.

Midnite has gained many followers by breaking all the rules. They are setting a new standard, armed with a firm foundation in Jah Rastafari, their natural talents, and a strong and uncompromising musical vision, Midnite champions a unique sound that is on the cutting edge of modern roots music.  The rich content of their music and soothing rhythm of their instruments provides fans with a wonderful show.  Midnite has always captured the crowd and will continue to at the show at SOB's on Sunday. Doors open at 8pm, show at 9 p.m.
